ORDERING & INVENTORY

Is everything on your website on hand?
Yes. Any item listed as ON HAND on our website is physically in stock and ready for pickup or shipping.

Do you offer pre-orders?
Pre-orders are not available on our website.
If you would like to place a pre-order, please text us at 662-804-8187, and we will send you a custom invoice via text.

Can I combine on-hand and pre-order items in one order?
No. Pre-orders are invoiced separately and cannot be combined with on-hand website orders.


SHIPPING

What are your shipping options?

On-hand items
Express shipping: 1–2 business days
Standard shipping: 3–4 business days
Processing time: 1 business day

Pre-orders
Shipping time: 5–8 business days
Processing time: 1 business day

Processing and shipping times are listed clearly before invoicing.
Shipping timelines begin after processing, not the day the order is placed.


PICKUP & LOCAL OPTIONS

Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Next-day pickup is available for all on-hand online orders.

Can I pick up my order the same day I place it online?
No. Same-day pickup is not available for online orders.
If you need hair the same day, you may visit one of our partner store locations.

Please note:
In-store inventory varies.
In-store prices are not the same as online prices.

Do I need to pick up my order the same day it is ready?
No. We hold pickup orders for up to fourteen (14) days at no charge.
After fourteen (14) days, a five-dollar ($5) per day holding fee will apply until the order is picked up.


SALES, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Can I use multiple discounts at once?
No. Only one promotion or discount may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Are flash sales or promotions refundable or adjustable?
No. All flash sales and promotions are final and cannot be adjusted after purchase.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Once an order is marked delivered to the address provided at checkout, SheLoveHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.


HAIR QUALITY & CARE

Is your hair human hair?
Yes. All SheLoveHair products are 100% human hair.
Our collections use 100% processed human hair.
If you are looking for 100% unprocessed human hair, please inquire about our Raw Hair Collection.

Does the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal with all human hair. Proper maintenance, gentle detangling, and correct products are essential.

Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes, but coloring or bleaching is done at your own risk. We highly recommend professional coloring and strand testing.


BUSINESS HOURS

What are your business hours?
Monday–Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: Closed to pickup (Admin Day)
Sunday: Closed

On Saturdays, we may respond to messages, but no pickups are allowed.
Hours may vary during holidays or special announcements.
