STORE POLICIES

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made with SheLoveHair are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credit under any circumstance. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.


ORDER CONFIRMATION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation immediately after purchase. Failure to contact SheLoveHair regarding an error does not qualify an order for cancellation, modification, refund, or replacement.


SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. SheLoveHair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Orders that show delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, credits, or disputes. SheLoveHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.


SHIPPING & CARRIER DELAYS

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. SheLoveHair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping periods. Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, replacements, credits, or chargebacks.


PICKUP POLICY

Next-day pickup is available for on-hand online orders only. Same-day pickup is not available.

Pickup orders are held for fourteen (14) days at no charge. After fourteen (14) days, a five-dollar ($5) per day holding fee will apply until the order is picked up. Unclaimed pickup orders remain non-refundable.


PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders are not available on the website. All pre-orders must be placed by texting 662-804-8187 and will be invoiced separately. Pre-orders cannot be combined with website orders.

All pre-orders are final sale and follow the same no-refund, no-exchange policy.


RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing from SheLoveHair, the customer acknowledges that all products are sold as-is and that individual results may vary. SheLoveHair makes no guarantees regarding personal results or satisfaction.


CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By completing a purchase with SheLoveHair, the customer authorizes the charge to their payment method and agrees to all store policies. Any chargeback filed that violates these policies will be actively disputed with supporting evidence, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP address data, checkout agreement, and communication records.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent customer banning and legal recovery of funds.


FRAUD PREVENTION & ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

SheLoveHair reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently block future purchases from customers who violate store policies, attempt chargebacks, or engage in fraudulent activity. Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.


POLICY CHANGES

SheLoveHair reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Policies in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.


GOVERNING LAW

All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of the state in which SheLoveHair operates. Any disputes must be resolved in that jurisdiction.


FINAL AGREEMENT

By placing an order with SheLoveHair, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies.

All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions.
