📦 SheLoveHair Pick-Up & Ordering Guide

(Cordova Warehouse Pickup System)

At SheLoveHair, we use a next-day pickup system designed to keep inventory accurate, organized, and secure for our customers.

Because our warehouse and pickup location are separate, we do not offer same-day pickup.

This system allows us to guarantee that every order placed online is properly prepared and ready for you.

Please read the information below so you understand exactly how the process works.


⏱ Next-Day Pick-Up System

We operate using a Next-Day Pickup System.

This means:

• Orders placed today will be ready tomorrow at 10AM
• Pickup hours are Monday–Saturday | 10AM – 6PM
Closed Sundays

Example:

Order placed Monday → Ready Tuesday at 10AM

Order placed Friday → Ready Saturday at 10AM

Order placed Saturday → Ready Monday at 10AM

We only transfer orders from our warehouse to the pickup location once per day, which is why same-day pickup is not available.

This system allows us to guarantee that every order is prepared properly and ready for you when you arrive.


🔐 Self-Serve Locker Pick-Up System

All pickup orders are placed inside our secure self-serve locker system.

Here is how pickup works:

1️⃣ Place your order online under "pickup in store"
2️⃣ Once your order is ready, we will text/email you
3️⃣ When you arrive, text us so we can open the door
4️⃣ We will provide you with your locker number and passcode
5️⃣ Your order will be waiting safely inside the locker

This system allows customers to quickly grab their order without waiting.

⏳ Order Hold Policy

We understand that some customers cannot pick up immediately.

Orders will be held for up to 5 business days.

After 5 business days, if locker space is needed, your order may be removed from the locker and you will need to schedule a pickup time.

Your items will remain safe and reserved for you.


🛍 Understanding “ON HAND” vs “PRE-ORDER”

When shopping on our website, you will see products labeled ON HAND or PRE-ORDER.

ON HAND

If an item says ON HAND, it means:

✔ The item is currently in our Cordova warehouse
✔ It qualifies for next-day pickup
✔ It will be ready the following business day at 10AM

When you purchase an ON HAND item, it is automatically reserved for you.


PRE-ORDER

If an item says PRE-ORDER, it means:

• The item is not currently in our warehouse
• It must be shipped from our factory warehouse to us
• Once received, it will be prepared for pickup

You may also choose to have PRE-ORDER items shipped directly to you, which skips the step of sending the item to our warehouse first.


🚚 Shipping Option

If you cannot pick up your order, shipping is available.

Simply choose Shipping at checkout and enter your address.

Delivery options:

$15 — Memphis area delivery
$20 — Surrounding areas

Delivery must be scheduled in advance.


⚡ Need Hair the Same Day?

If you need hair the same day, you may visit one of our Beauty & Company partnership locations.

Please understand that the inventory in these stores is completely separate from our website inventory.

The items you see listed online are located in our Cordova warehouse only and are prepared for next-day pickup through our locker system.

Beauty & Company carries a limited amount of SheLoveHair inventory, and availability may vary.

To see what they currently have available, you will need to:

Visit the store in person, or
Call the store directly

Even if you call ahead, items cannot be held or reserved, and another customer may purchase the item before you arrive.

For this reason, we always recommend ordering through our website, where inventory is shown in real time and your item is immediately reserved once purchased at our Cordova.

By accessing this website or placing an order with SheLoveHair, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made with SheLoveHair are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credit under any circumstance. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

ORDER CONFIRMATION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation immediately after purchase. Failure to report an error does not qualify an order for cancellation, modification, refund, or replacement.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. SheLoveHair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, credits, or disputes. SheLoveHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & CARRIER DELAYS

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. SheLoveHair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping periods. Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, replacements, credits, or chargebacks.

PICKUP POLICY

Next-day pickup is available for on-hand online orders only. Same-day pickup is not available.

Pickup orders are held for fourteen (14) days at no charge. After fourteen (14) days, a five-dollar ($5) per day holding fee will apply until the order is picked up. Unclaimed pickup orders remain non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders are not available on the website. All pre-orders must be placed by texting 662-804-8187 and will be invoiced separately. Pre-orders cannot be combined with website orders.

All pre-orders are final sale and follow the same no-refund, no-exchange policy as all other purchases.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

All products are sold as-is. By purchasing from SheLoveHair, you acknowledge that individual results may vary. SheLoveHair makes no guarantees regarding personal results, satisfaction, or outcomes.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method and agree to all store policies. Any chargeback filed that violates these Terms & Conditions will be actively disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP address data, checkout agreement, and communication records.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future purchases and legal recovery of funds.

FRAUD PREVENTION & ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

SheLoveHair reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently block future purchases from customers who violate store policies, attempt chargebacks, or engage in fraudulent activity. Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

POLICY CHANGES

SheLoveHair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The policies in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of the state in which SheLoveHair operates. Any disputes must be resolved in that jurisdiction.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By placing an order with SheLoveHair, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
