📦 SheLoveHair Pick-Up Rules (Cordova Location Only)
We are open Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
🔐 How Pick-Up Works:
- All orders are picked up inside our secure Service Pick-Up Locker System.
- You MUST text us before you arrive so we can make sure the door is open for you to enter.
- Once you arrive, you will receive a 6–8 digit passcode and be assigned a locker where your order will be waiting.
📍 Pick-Up Location:
Cordova — Pick up is ONLY available at our Cordova location.

🚚 Delivery Option:
If you cannot pick up your order, we do offer delivery:
- $15 — Memphis area
- $20 — Surrounding areas
Delivery must be scheduled in advance.
📩 Pick-Up Notification Timeline:
- If your item is listed as “Ready to Pick Up” or “Ready to Ship,” it may be available immediately.
- If you ordered anything not on-hand, you will receive your notification within the business days listed at checkout.
⏳ No Rush Pick-Up — We Hold Orders:
You are not obligated to pick up your order right away.
As long as your order is paid for, we will hold it for weeks or even months until you’re ready.
Your items will remain safely stored in our pick-up locker system until your arrival.
