Our 613 units are very full and dense, which means extra care is required when coloring.

 

  • When toning or dyeing, the hair must be sectioned and separated properly to ensure even saturation.
  • Do not rush the coloring process. Improper or uneven application can result in patchy color or damage.
  • Because the hair is already lightened, over-processing can easily occur if harsh dyes or prolonged processing times are used.

 

 

 

 

 

Pre-Colored Units

 

 

Our pre-colored units are professionally processed and color-treated before purchase.

 

  • Some units may be coated with a silicone blend for shine and smoothness.
    • For best results, wash the unit before installation to remove this coating and allow the true color to reflect properly.
  • Do NOT bleach or re-color pre-colored units.
    • These units have already undergone processing and lightening to achieve their final shade.
    • Additional bleaching or coloring can cause over-processing, shedding, thinning, or balding.

PICKUP POLICY

Next-day pickup is available for on-hand online orders only. Same-day pickup is not available.

Pickup orders are held for fourteen (14) days at no charge. After fourteen (14) days, a five-dollar ($5) per day holding fee applies. Unclaimed orders remain non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders are not available on the website and must be placed by texting 662-804-8187. Pre-orders are invoiced separately and cannot be combined with website orders. All pre-orders are final sale.
