All purchases are final. SheLoveHair does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credit under any circumstance. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

ORDER CONFIRMATION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation immediately after purchase. Unreported errors do not qualify for cancellation, modification, or refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders marked delivered to the provided address are considered fulfilled. SheLoveHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & CARRIER DELAYS

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or peak periods do not qualify for refunds, replacements, credits, or chargebacks.

PICKUP POLICY

Next-day pickup is available for on-hand online orders only. Same-day pickup is not available.

Pickup orders are held for fourteen (14) days at no charge. After fourteen (14) days, a five-dollar ($5) per day holding fee applies. Unclaimed orders remain non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders are not available on the website and must be placed by texting 662-804-8187. Pre-orders are invoiced separately and cannot be combined with website orders. All pre-orders are final sale.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge and agree to all store policies. Any chargeback that violates these terms will be actively disputed with supporting documentation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent purchasing restrictions.
