Order Processing Time
Processing time starts as soon as your payment clears into our business account â itâs not an additional wait.
During this time:
  1.   Your payment is confirmed and transferred to our account.
  2.   Your order is placed with our vendor and confirmed.
  3.   Your tracking details are created and sent once your order is ready to ship.
Processing typically takes 1â2 business days (Monday â Friday) before your order ships.
Orders placed on Friday may begin processing on Monday.

You can also pay through Zelle or Cash App at checkout. These go straight to our business account and allow us to place your order immediately, so you get your hair even faster.

Shipping Policy
All items on our website are shipped directly from China. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), SheLoveHair is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages. For those issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We work closely with our vendor to ensure every order leaves on time and is securely packaged for safe delivery.

Pickup Policy
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 2â3 business days once processing is complete.
Pickup times may vary, but are typically available:
đ Monday â Friday  8 AM â 6 PM
Youâll receive a pickup confirmation once your order is ready. Please wait for that notification before coming.
Do we hold pickup orders? Yes!
If youâre out of town or unable to pick up right away, we can hold your unit for up to 2 months. Once we contact you to say itâs ready, simply let us know the day youâd like to come.

Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error occurred on SheLoveHairâs end.
If you receive the wrong order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include:
  ⢠  Your order number
  ⢠  Photos of the product received
  ⢠  A brief description of the issue
Please allow 12â24 hours for a response. Once verified, weâll gladly offer a refund or exchange.

Payments & Split Payment Options
We currently offer Shop Pay as our payment plan option.
When you apply through Shop Pay, their system determines your approval amount â we do not have the ability to approve or decline applications. Once approved, you can split your total into manageable payments directly through Shop Pay.
If youâd like to speed up order placement, you may also pay through Zelle or Cash App, which sends your payment straight to our business account and allows us to begin processing immediately.

Wig Density & Customization
All SheLoveHair units come standard at 200 % density â providing a full, luxurious, and natural look.
If youâd like to upgrade your density, simply search âadd-on to upgrade densityâ on our website. Once you add it to your order, please note that upgraded units are custom-made, which may extend your delivery time by 2â3 business days.
